Nearby towns and cities: Dispatched within 24 hours by courier or bus service. Delivery time depends on the route.
Delivery charges: Free in certain areas in Udaipur; as applicable outside Udaipur.
Payment: Pay online (UPI, bank transfers) or offline by cash.

Prescription-only medicines
Certain medicines, including Schedule H1, Schedule X and other prescription-only drugs, are sold strictly against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We cannot dispense them without it.
Cold-chain medicines
At our store: Cold-chain items such as insulin are stored under proper temperature control.
Outside Udaipur: We can send them by bus courier in insulated packing with ice/gel packs. Please share your receiving location and timing so someone can collect them promptly.
