These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MedsExpress website and all related services. MedsExpress is a pharmacy based in Udaipur, India. By accessing the website, creating an account, browsing any page, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order through the MedsExpress website or WhatsApp-based ordering system. If a customer is a minor, any order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf.

3. Account Registration

Customers may create an account to place orders, manage their subscription, and access other account-related features. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Use of the Website

The website must not be used for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the normal operation of the website. This includes misuse of the blog, blog comments, forms, reviews, or any other user-submitted content.

5. Products & Prescription Requirements

Certain medicines, including Schedule H and Schedule X medicines, require a valid prescription. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all prescriptions and medical information they provide. MedsExpress reserves the right to verify prescriptions and related information before dispatching any such order.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments may be made by Cash on Delivery or online payment through a secure third-party payment gateway. MedsExpress is not responsible for any issues, delays, errors, or failures arising from the payment gateway itself.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

MedsExpress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, fraud is suspected, or a prescription is invalid, incomplete, or unclear. If an order is cancelled for any of these reasons, the customer will be informed.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customer location, operational conditions, and holidays. Same-day delivery may be available within Udaipur, and 24-hour dispatch may be available outside Udaipur, as described on the Contact and FAQ pages.

10. Monthly Subscription Terms

The Monthly Medicine Subscription has no minimum commitment and may be cancelled at any time by the customer. Full details are available on the Subscription page.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, and the MedsExpress name and logo, is the property of MedsExpress or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Health-related content published on the blog or elsewhere on the website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. MedsExpress is not liable for misuse of medicines contrary to prescribed or labelled instructions. Customers should consult a doctor or pharmacist for any medical concerns.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

MedsExpress may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
